Emergency and Rescue Medicine Foundation for African Countries

Emergency and Rescue Medicine Foundation for African Countries is a non-profit 501 (C) 3 organization incorporated in 2018 in Germantown, Tennessee. We believe that with international collaborations, partnerships, and outreaches in African and around the world, we can prevent stroke and reduce the occurrence of preventable deaths in the region.

We plan to achieve this through health education on the early signs of stroke and emergency medical training for healthcare professionals and communities along with providing readily available emergency medications, and medical supplies. In addition, changing a people’s and healthcare professional attitudes towards emergency medical response.


Our Mission is to prevent stroke and reduce preventable deaths in Africa and around the world through the provision of  health education, outreach programs and changing the global attitude towards emergency medical response. 


Our Vision is an empowered world which is able to recognize early signs of stroke in addition to recognizing, responding and treating medical emergencies thereby reducing preventative deaths.
